The Angelus by Jean Francois Millet. This classic artwork from the public domain was created around 1857- 1859 by French painter and member of the Barbizon School, Jean Francois Millet. Millet was known for his realism work often depicting the lives of peasant farmers. This reproduction image of the original oil on canvas painting currently on display at The Musee D'Orsay in Paris, France, has been remastered and color corrected.
